Case Study: Aspect Communications wanted a demonstration of its eWorkforce Management software on its corporate Internet Site. ING had previously produced a CD-ROM for Aspect with the appropriate content and was able to simply encode it as a streaming Windows Media file. In order to optimize the flow of information, the file was developed to give viewers several connection speed options.
